Kids-Fit Summer Camp 2023

 About the Course 關於課程:

 

  The age of 5-8 is a period of rapid physical and learning development for children. Exercise can enhance the development and growth of the body and brain. 5-8歲是一個兒童身體發育和學習能力快速發展的時期。運動可以幫助小朋友的身體和大腦更好地發展和成長
 

  • 5 min warm up 5分鐘熱身運動

  • 50 mins exercise and games 50 分鐘 運動+遊戲

  • 5 mins stretching 5分鐘伸展
     

 Our exercises includes 我們的練習包括:

  • Hand-eye, and overall coordination 手眼及整體協調

  •  Reaction and concentration training using reactive light system 反應和專注力訓練

  • Exercises/ games incorporate with memory training 以練習/遊戲配合記憶訓練
     


Class Schedule: July & August 

Camp A: Tuesday 

Camp A1 at 4:30 - 5:30pm 

or

Camp A2 at 5:45 - 6:45pm
 

Camp B: Saturday

Camp B1 at 2:30 - 3:30pm 

or

Camp B2 at 3:45 - 4:45pm
 

Tuesday:

July 4 , 11, 18, 25
August 1, 8, 15, 22

 

Saturday:

Kids-Fit Training for kids have many benefits, including improving coordination, building focus, and developing social skills. 

Improving coordination

exercise provides opportunities for children to practice movements using both their hands/legs and eyes together. Through repetition and practice, children can develop more refined and accurate movements, which can support their overall motor skill and cognitive development. 

Building focus

During group exercise, children are encouraged to follow instructions and work together towards a common goal, which helps improve their focus and attention. Also through games or exercises that require focus and attention can help children build these skills by training their brain to concentrate and stay engaged, improving their ability to sustain attention over time.

Developing social skills

Group exercise classes provide opportunities for children to interact with their peers, learn to take turns, communicate effectively, and develop important social skills.
